Default Heat Lamp?

So during the winter months the temperature where I live inside is about 67. The epoxy I am using cures at 75. They have lower curing epoxies but they won't cure with the clarity of the epoxy that I am using. I don't want to leave my heater running all day at 75 when I am building up my layers because that would cost a fortune since I am working on parts almost everyday. Does anybody know a good heat lamp or heater that is portable and can be adjusted temperature wise? Thanks!
