Default How does composite autoclave Work?

Dear Friends,
I want to know about how composite autoclave functions, heating, pressure, vacuum, cooling, how it works

what is the effect can see in materials

if anyone can explain me this I will be very thankful to you guys.

An Autoclave exerts higher than atmosphere pressure inside the pressure vessel. The part, under vacuum or vented to atmosphere has a lower differential of pressure consolidating the laminate inside the bag. Heat is added to cure the epoxy or other matrix. Cooling depends on the cycle you want. The effect would be a low void content, high fiber volume fraction part.

I want to know if 2.5 dia and 4-meter length
apart from autoclave shell, door, and mechanical body
what system is going to use and capacity of it
if we use electricity for heating how much electricity does it consume
vacuum pump capacity and attachment required by a system
how is cooling media works
i am new for it so gathering information about it
please give me input on it thanks

sounds like you need to contact a clave manufacturer. The sales rep should easily be able to answer all these questions and more. Everything you are asking about is variable and will depend on many factors.
