Default Advice on Mold for Dash Is it Possible?

Im now playing with the idea of making a mold out of my fiberglass dash instead of simply laying carbon on top of it.

However, I do not know exactly how a mold for this would work. The back of the dash wraps down and around on top. In my head this would make it nearly impossible to gey a carbon piece out of a mold.

I would appreciate any advice.

Thanks guys. Ive spent a month on this dash and it's held up progress on the build of my mini trophy truck.

You need to split your mould into more pieces, aka split mould.

The mould pieces bolt together so you can make a part as one piece, then you unbolt the mould pieces to remove your one piece dash part.

Search around for split moulds.
